BURRO BUBBLE GUM PDR GLUE
The Burro PDR glue is specially formulated for the PDR industry. The pink PDR glue sticks are all-weather glues and are a favorite among dent removal automobile technicians.
The PDR hot glue sticks perform best in hot and warm weather. They can also be used during the cool months. Technicians use glue for PDR for paintless dent repair.
How to Use PDR Glue Pulling Tools
- Prepare the glue pulling tabs by soaking them and then drying before use. Place the PDR hot glue sticks into the glue gun. Plug in and allow the glue gun to heat.
- Clean and clear the area to be repaired. Remove all grease and wax from the surface. This will ensure that the glue and the dent pulling tabs adhere to the area that is damaged.
- The correct size glue pulling dent tab should be selected. This can be done by comparing it to the size of the dent. Large glue pulling tabs are used for larger dents and small glue pulling tabs for smaller dents.
- When doing multiple repairs, technicians place all the glue pulling dent tabs on the vehicle. This will enable them to do all the dent repairs in an efficient manner.
- Hot glue is applied to the dent by pulling the trigger of the glue gun. Small drops of glue are used for small dents and large drops are used for larger dents.
- The glue pulling tab is applied to the center of the dent. Don’t apply too much pressure when the dent pulling tab is placed in the damaged area.
- Allow the glue to set before using the glue pulling tool. Place the dent repair glue pulling tool over the dent. If you are using a dent lifter tool, you should slowly squeeze the dent handle until the desired result is achieved.
