How to Use PDR Glue Gun?

Specially designed PDR tabs and glue is attached to the outside of the damaged panel. This is used to pull the dents out. The dent removal is fine-tuned by tapping down the repair. This shrinks the metal and makes the metal surface flat.

The step by step process followed by experienced technicians to remove dents includes:

  •          The technicians apply hot glue to the glue tab.
  •         The tab is then applied to the dent.
  •         The hot glue is left to cool (50 – 60 seconds).
  •         Car dent removal tool is applied to the dent.
  •          Using the dent removal tool, the tab is pulled and manipulated.

 A special spray is used to release the tab from the vehicle. The glue is also removed.
