If you experience one or more of these symptoms on a regular basis, you could be suffering from anxiety disorder. There are combinations of factors that cause this condition and it is important to identify the cause of the problem to find an effective cure.
Most people who get these attacks need to find out the specific reason due to which it is caused. There could be certain places or situations that could be causing the disorder and it is important to identify them.
Studies have proved that there exist a link between anxiety and depression. There are various stages of this disorder and you have to seek the help of your physician to help identify the causes, symptoms and treatment procedures to be followed. Most people who get treatment respond well to it within a short period of time. However in some chronic cases, the treatment could be prolonged for some weeks. It is very easy to treat anxiety disorder, if the symptoms are identified at the earliest.
In most cases therapy is found to be very effective in treating the disorder. However in some cases the person suffering from it may have to take medication along with therapy to help relieve the symptoms. Depending on the severity of the symptoms other forms of treatment methods may also be pursued. Exercise, meditation, yoga, mind exercises and hypnosis have also been found to be effective, Relaxation techniques that help in looking at situations that cause the disorder in a new way are also of immense help. It will also help in preventing a relapse of the disorder.
